Do visitors need to install an app?
No. Visitors scan your tour QR code, choose an available audio language, and tap Start in their browser. No visitor account or app installation is required.
Can I use my own audio recordings?
Yes. Upload your own MP3, M4A/AAC, or WAV recordings for each stop and language. Files must be playable in the browser and no larger than 50 MB. A tour is checked for complete recordings before publication.
Does this work indoors as well as outdoors?
Yes. Use manual stop selection for museums and indoor venues. Outdoors, GPS-triggered playback uses the visitor’s location while the page is open and active. GPS reliability depends on the device and surroundings.
Can visitors listen without an internet connection?
An internet connection is currently required to open a tour and load its audio. Offline downloads are not available yet.
What is included in a subscription?
Basic covers one published attraction; Pro covers multiple attractions. Choose monthly or yearly billing, with two months free on yearly plans. Upload your own recordings or request separately quoted multilingual audio content. Payments in the preview are test payments.
What happens if I cancel or change plans?
Cancellation keeps access until your paid period ends. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated adjustments. Monthly visitor allowances count first-time pass activations, not replays.
